Booking Availability:
- Please note, an enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
- Once we have reviewed your enquiry and confirmed availability, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Terms & Conditions:
- A R10 000.00 excess deposit is required by means of a Credit/Debit Card Payment. Funds are refunded upon return of the vehicle and positive inspection.
- Bookings made two weeks or more prior to booking date require a 50% Deposit in order to secure your booking. Balance is payable on/before collection.
- Once you have received a booking confirmation, your booking will be reserved for a maximum of 24 hours. Bookings cannot be guaranteed thereafter.
- Please note that our vehicles are not permitted to travel outside of the Western Cape with a limited mileage of 200km per day.
- Additional km’s can be added to your booking (max 200 km per day extra) @ R5 per km – unused kms are non-refundable.
- Should you exceed the limited 200 km per day and did not add additional kms to your booking, R10 per every km exceeded will be charged.
- 4×4 driving is not permitted for vehicles belonging to Cape Town Jeep Hire.
- Drivers are required to be over the age of 25 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Cancellations:
- Bookings cancelled at least 2 weeks (14 Days) prior to rental date will receive a full refund of deposit.
- Bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks (14 Days) prior to rental date, full deposit will be forfeited.
